BP9MY Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and BP9MY ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at bp9my.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the BP9MY platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all aspects of the BP9MY service, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games and sports betting, bonus claims, and use of responsible gambling tools. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the BP9MY platform.

BP9MY reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to taking effect. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the BP9MY website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services accessible via bp9my.cam.
• "Player Account" or "Account" means the registered account created by an eligible individual for the purpose of accessing BP9MY services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable and as separately identified), and undistributed winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player Account subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions as detailed in Clause 6.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required for all withdrawal requests and as otherwise determined by the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" or "Rollover" means the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the Player in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) from their own personal payment accounts.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any person who has self-excluded from the Platform, or any person located in or acting on behalf of persons in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Registration and use of the BP9MY platform is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of platform use:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on BP9MY. This requirement is strictly enforced. BP9MY conducts age verification checks at registration and again during the KYC process prior to any withdrawal being approved. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account closed immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any account balance forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling obligations.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

You must confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your location before registering. BP9MY makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of those in which it is explicitly licensed to operate.

3.3 Personal Capacity

You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or professional gambling operation. Registrations by corporate entities, automated systems, or proxy registrations on behalf of another individual are not permitted.

3.4 One Account per Person

Each individual may maintain only one active Player Account on BP9MY. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

To access the full functionality of the BP9MY platform, including the ability to make withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and, where required, the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document, a valid email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and your date of birth. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update it should any details change.

4.2 KYC Verification Process

All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

• A clear photograph of the front and back of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or equivalent government-issued identity document.
• A selfie photograph of the account holder holding their identity document in a manner that allows both the face and document to be clearly verified.
• Where the payment method is a bank account, proof of account ownership may be requested (e.g., a bank statement header or screenshot showing name and account number).

KYC reviews are typically completed within 30 to 60 minutes of submission during operational hours. Once KYC is approved, it remains valid for the lifetime of the Player Account unless a change of circumstances requires re-verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. BP9MY recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify BP9MY support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. BP9MY is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on BP9MY are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of local payment methods designed to serve players across Malaysia including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

BP9MY currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong accounts. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Individual payment methods may impose their own minimum or maximum transaction limits which apply in addition to BP9MY's platform limits.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with claimed bonus funds must be fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal destination account must be registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals must not exceed the Player's available real money balance or applicable daily/tier withdrawal limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

5.4 Deposit Source Restriction

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or unidentified sources will be reversed and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the individual promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual bonus terms.
• Maximum permitted bet size while bonus funds are active is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round. Bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game contribution rates apply: slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20% towards rollover requirements.
• BP9MY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Systematic exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to neutralise risk while satisfying rollover requirements, is considered bonus abuse and is prohibited. BP9MY monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.

6.3 Referral Program

The BP9MY referral program awards a bonus of MYR 38 to both the referring Player and the referred new Player upon successful registration and qualifying first deposit by the referred party. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. Self-referrals and referrals involving duplicate account holders are not eligible.

All games and betting markets available on BP9MY are governed by the rules of the respective game studio or sportsbook provider in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

BP9MY and its partner sportsbook providers reserve the right to accept, decline, or void any bet at their discretion. In the case of sports betting, BP9MY reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to settle bets in accordance with official match results from recognised governing bodies.

7.2 Disconnection and Technical Faults

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, BP9MY will apply the relevant game studio's disconnection policy. Generally, incomplete game rounds will be resolved based on the game state recorded by the server at the time of disconnection. BP9MY is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its direct control, including internet service provider failures, device failures, or third-party network issues.

7.3 Responsible Betting

Players are encouraged to set betting limits commensurate with their personal financial circumstances. BP9MY provides deposit limit and session control tools accessible from the Player Account dashboard at all times. For players who wager on EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, or other sports, in-play betting is available subject to market availability and live odds accuracy as determined by BP9MY's sportsbook partner.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BP9MY platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21.
• Maintaining more than one Player Account simultaneously, whether under the same or different identities.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technical aid that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players, game studio employees, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities in game logic.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform to convert illicit funds into withdrawable balances.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies in sports betting markets — so-called "arbing" or "arbitrage" strategies that exploit platform inefficiencies.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with BP9MY.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.

BP9MY is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling features are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Clause 8.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player against legitimate transactions.
• Voluntary request by the Player to close their account.

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last used verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and anti-fraud procedures. Accounts closed for cause may have their balance forfeited in full where fraud, bonus abuse, or criminal conduct is established.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the BP9MY platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of BP9MY.

The BP9MY name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the Platform. Use of these marks in any context without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BP9MY's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

BP9MY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if BP9MY has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

BP9MY does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and unforeseeable technical failures may result in temporary service unavailability. BP9MY will endeavour to notify players in advance of planned downtime where reasonably practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising during periods of unavailability.

BP9MY reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they substantively affect Player rights, financial obligations, or the conditions governing bonus funds — BP9MY will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via registered email address or in-platform notification before such amendments take effect.

Non-material amendments, including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to payment method lists, may take effect immediately upon publication. The most current version of these Terms is always accessible at bp9my.cam/terms-conditions.

Your continued use of the BP9MY platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 10.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BP9MY holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under that licensing jurisdiction's regulatory framework.

14.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, account action, or bonus calculation, Players should first contact BP9MY's support team via live chat or email. BP9MY will investigate all complaints and provide a written response within five (5) business days. If the Player is not satisfied with the resolution, they may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.
